DELTX Electrical provides commercial lighting and power installations, alterations, upgrades and maintenance across London and the Home Counties.

We work with businesses, landlords, managing agents, facilities managers, main contractors and M&E contractors across offices, managed buildings and other commercial properties.

Our services include new lighting installations, LED upgrades, emergency lighting, lighting controls, switching alterations, occupancy sensors, small power, additional sockets, dedicated circuits, floor boxes, distribution equipment and three-phase supplies.

We undertake modifications to existing lighting and power installations as part of office refurbishments, fit-outs and workspace alterations, including changes required for new layouts, workstations, meeting rooms, kitchens and other commercial areas.

DELTX also provides emergency lighting testing, fault finding and remedial works, alongside fault investigation and repairs to existing lighting and power systems.

From individual alterations and repairs through to larger commercial installations, electrical works are inspected, tested and certified where required.
