Office Electrical Fit-Outs
Electrical Office Fit-Outs & Alterations
DELTX Electrical specializes in office electrical installations and alterations for office fit-outs, refurbishments, and workspace changes throughout London and the Home Counties.
We collaborate with businesses, landlords, managing agents, fit-out contractors, and M&E contractors, providing essential electrical works for both occupied offices and refurbishment projects.
Our comprehensive workspace electrical services encompass lighting installations and alterations, small power, distribution, floor boxes, containment, data cabling, emergency lighting, and electrical supplies for mechanical and building services.
We also offer modifications to existing electrical installations to adapt to office layout changes, new workstations, meeting rooms, kitchens, breakout areas, and other adjustments to commercial spaces.
When performing works within occupied offices, we coordinate electrical isolations and installation activities around building operations to minimize disruption.
From smaller office alterations to complete electrical packages for commercial refurbishments, DELTX ensures careful installation, testing, and certification upon the completion of the works.
Our office electrical fit-out services are available across Central London, the City of London, Canary Wharf, Westminster, Farringdon, Shoreditch, and throughout the broader Home Counties.
