DELTX Electrical provides commercial EICRs and electrical testing across London and the Home Counties for offices, commercial premises and managed properties

As an NICEIC Approved Contractor and SafeContractor accredited company, we work with businesses, landlords, managing agents and facilities teams to inspect and assess the condition of commercial electrical installations.

Our commercial testing covers distribution boards, submains, final circuits, earthing and bonding, power, lighting and associated electrical systems. 

On completion, an Electrical Installation Condition Report is provided detailing the results of the inspection, any observations identified and the overall condition of the installation.

We regularly carry out EICRs within occupied and operational commercial buildings. Testing can be planned around staff, tenants, IT equipment and building services, with circuits isolated individually where required to minimise disruption.

Where defects or non-compliances are identified, DELTX can also undertake the associated remedial works, further testing and certification.

Commercial EICRs are available for offices, managed buildings, retail units, warehouses, workshops, landlord installations, common areas and plant areas.
